Policy/Terms
Defective Items: if you believe you received a defective item you must notify us by Facebook, text message, or telephone within three days of the delivery confirmation date, otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions.
*Items other than clothing -- such as marked down item (Sale Items), Seasonal items, food items, bralettes, shoes, jewelry, Accessories, custom orders etc. -- are a FINAL sale If unsure, PLEASE ask!
* You are responsible to make sure sizing is correct, if not correct it is buyers responsibility.-If concerned or unsure on sizing please message us so we can give you are insight on what size will work best.
*We have the right here to refuse service to anyone.
Shipping
*Items ship within 2-3 business days of receiving order.
*Check and double check your address, once shipped the package is in buyers hands. If package is sent back it will be at the buyers cost to ship again.
*DallasLee Boutique/Down Home General Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once package is marked "delivered" if lost, package needs to be claimed at post office. Check with your neighbor if you have not received. If damaged after delivered, buyer is responsible. For other issues please contact local post office. We do ship most items Priority Mail but if extra insurance or other special needs need to be considered for your package you are responsible for letting us know those needs prior to shipping. Some items are too large to ship or unsafe to ship. (mirrors & other glass items.)
